BLANK SPOTS è una performance sulla crisi d’identità collettiva e personale. Divisa in due segmenti contrastanti, questo solo è un gioco di scoperta e riscoperta dell’identità. Nella prima parte è Trisha, creatura volgare e stravagante, a prendere il sopravvento dello spazio, in un atto di perversione. La seconda parte, invece, ha il suo stimolo principale nei canti popolari della tradizione lituana e nei suoi elementi pagani. Dunque, ci trasformiamo sempre in qualcun altro, per coprire ogni punto bianco (blank spot) sulla nostra testa?

BLANK SPOTS is a performance on identity crisis, both personal and collective identity. Split into two contrasting segments, it is a game of discovery and rediscovery of identity. In the first part it is Trisha, a vulgar and extravagant creature, who is at centre of the action as she commits an act of perversion. The second part, very different to the previous, has its main focus on the folk songs of the Lithuanian tradition and on its pagan elements. Therefore, do we always transform into someone else, to cover up any ‘Blank Spot’ in our head?
